Our client is a leading US listed MNC in the manufacturing industry with global revenue of over 10 billion. They have a wide global presence and pride themselves for their continued efforts in providing safety technology and solutions for their stakeholders. Due to their continued focus and commitment to Asia, we are partnering them to look for a Senior Accountant to join the team.

about the job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working alongside a team of 4. In your role, you will be performing full spectrum of accounting and finance functions including preparing of financial statements and will be involved in budgeting and forecasting activities. You will also be reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and will assist with tax audits and GST project. To ensure business efficiency, you will be involved in streamlining of processes and LEAN projects.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 5 years of working experience in the accounting or audit function in a dynamic MNC and audit firm. You should have strong knowledge in US GAAP and prior working experience in the manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience working on finance functions including operational accounting and reporting is an added advantage. Hands on experience in using SAP is ideal. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
