The company is a fast-growing US oil and gas commodities trading MNC with very good expansion plans for the Singapore office. There will be career progression opportunities for this role.

about the job

You will be seated at the Reception desk and support the office on all administrative matters and ad-hoc orders (stationeries, pantry supplies, business cards, letterhead, festive items and etc.) In addition, you will liaise with various vendors and building management on office and facilities matters. You will also manage travel bookings and arrangements, such as flight & hotel booking, visa application, etc as well as handle expenses claims and reports. Your core responsibilities will include answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and transfer to intended recipients, and receiving visitors and serve refreshments. You will manage office mails and couriers, and manage the reservation system of the meeting rooms and coordinate logistics needs for teleconferencing and meetings. In addition, you will assist in events organizing; such as birthday celebrations, offsite, company functions and etc.)

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Facilities Manager.

skills & experience required

You should be tertiary-educated with at least 3 years prior relevant experience as an ex-cabin crew, receptionist or office administrator with an MNC. This role is well suited for somebody who is presentable and well-groomed, with strong communication skills. The ideal incumbent must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be meticulous, resourceful with ability to multi-task.
