- Technical 2nd level support for customers (application advice, problem identification)
- Active Industrial Communication and the Cable Guard portfolio
- Execution of application solution-oriented Customer workshops
- Planning and execution of customer Trainings on products and solutions
- Support building up and responsible for maintaining the Application Center
- Arrangement of product tests and approvals
- Preparation of application oriented technical documentation
- Close cooperation with product management and sales organization
- Technical expert for joint customer visits with sales
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in engineering
- Preferably 3-5 years of industrial experience
- Experience in sales/application consulting for customers/product management
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation Systems
- Programming knowledge and understanding, e.g. PLC programming, C/C++/Python
- Knowledge of data transmission (copper/optical) e.g. TCP/IP, Ethernet or ProfiNet protocols
- Experience in system testing/validation of software
- Product knowledge of active industrial communication networks such as switches, routers, gateways and wireless communication
