Your responsibility involves:
Providing POS application remote support and assistance with the support of external vendors
Gathering and analyzing user problems, troubleshooting and convey a solution either by resolving it at first contact or escalating it to the next level of support;
Leading POS project implementation
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in point of sale (POS) or retail application support. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders and project implementation is required for this role.
Candidates with regional exposure will be of added advantage.
