They offer a variety of services through a vast global network of 1,300 employees spread throughout 16 international offices and 8 related specialist consultancies.They are currently looking for a Senior Architect for residential projects based in Singapore.
about the job
- Develop conceptual and schematic designs, conduct feasibility analyses, and present design concepts
- Able to lead and coordinate a team of architectural personnel to meet project goals, targets, and deadlines
- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications
- Communicate with clients with any project-relevant issues, if applicable
- Able to liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors
- Oversee the overall progress on-site and take responsibility in managing any arising issues
- Ensure that the quality aspect in design is attained
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent in the list of recognised universities by Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 8 years experience in relevant field
- Familiar with design development and construction aspects
- Familiar with Singapore building regulations, Authority code and requirements
- Familiar with Revit, CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop
