Due to their accelerating growth and expansion, they are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Senior Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering.


    about the job

    As the Senior Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet current hiring needs and create a strong talent pipeline for the organization’s future manpower needs

    • Assists in managing the full spectrum of daily HR operations including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, staff engagement and advisory services on HR policies and procedures
    • Coach and provide guidance to major stakeholders in people and performance management
    • Curate comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies to source talent
    • Establish, implement and manage various recruitment channels, strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates
    • Perform end-to-end recruitment, which encompasses sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding of candidates
    • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify and understand specific recruitment needs
    • Liaise with senior stakeholders to provide advice and updates on recruitment needs and job descriptions based on relevant industry information
    • Utilize recruiting tools to improve the recruitment process
    • Engage in talent acquisition related projects such as process improvements, new technology adoption etc.
    • Assists in recruiting metric and activity reports
    • Other duties as assigned


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will play an instrumental role in the service delivery of day-to-day HR operational matters and business partnering activities, and to render related HR support effectively.


    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant business partnering and TA experience. Ideally, you should be well-versed in utilizing the HRIS system for data management, and possess excellent knowledge of employment laws, regulations etc. Prior experience in utilizing the Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous.
