    about the role

    • Review loan and security documentation to ensure compliance with credit approvals
    • Prepare standard and customised facility documentation for corporate borrowers
    • Co-ordinate the Bank’s communications with facility agent, arranger, the Bank’s external lawyers and/or clients for loan transactions
    • Monitor satisfaction of conditions precedent or review the Bank’s external lawyers’ confirmation that conditions precedent are satisfied; ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement or facility activation
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents receive, and lodging documents for internal safekeeping thereafter
    • Escalate any document-related deficiencies
    • Attend to queries from Front Office

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum Degree
    • At least 5 years of Credit Admin/Documentation experience in the Corporate Banking industry
    • Familiarity with APLMA/LMA facility agreements
    • Organised and meticulous
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
