Due to excellent results and expansion plans, they are looking for a driven Senior BD Manager - Interior Fitout / Furniture (Based in Singapore) to aid their growth. The scope of this role befits a passionate, dynamic individual to bring the business to new heights.

about the job
You will report directly to Managing director, playing a crucial role in business development and hold the responsibility of driving new client acquisition in Singapore that is critical to the business’s growth and success. Some of the core duties of the role include:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy with the focus on new client acquisitions
  • Involve actively in local project pursuit to achieve year-on-year growth in sales/profits
  • Develop and penetrate new corporate clients in the office and commercial environment
  • Work closely with the regional team to build robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to devise new business strategies to secure new business and convert new clients into strategic accounts

skills and experience required
To succeed in this critical role, you should have more than 8 years of new business development to corporate clients for office fitout and redesigns in a B2B environment. You should ideally also possess the following:

  • Deep understanding and experience within the commercial/corporate office space selling integrated design and build solutions
  • Extensive and current network across major corporate clients and corporate real estate agencies would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to communicate with senior level stakeholders and corporate B2B clients to provide workspace solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills to inspire the sales team to greater results
  • A business development or “hunting” mindset with the constant drive to bring in new business
