Senior Business Development Executive (Facilities Management)

A rare opportunity for one of the biggest service providers in Singapore has opened up. We are currently seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to join their team. As the manager, you will lead a team to prepare and submit tender bids and proposals for the company. Most of these bids are for service agreements with the government so experience working with Gebiz and PQM methods are important.

To be successful in this role, you would have:

  • at least 6 years of tender and bid management experience would be required to fulfill the responsibilities of this role– experience with Gebiz and PQM is a must.
  • excellent communication skills
  • developed an ability to convince internal and external stakeholders with strong negotiating powers – going for the win-win situation
  • relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Building & Real Estate or related fields will be considered for this role
