In this position as a Senior Claims Specialist, you will be expected to manage and handle personal lines claims to finality within designated settlement authority. You will ensure that loss reserves are set and maintained in accordance with guidelines, timely updates of claims data made into systems and ensure corrective action is complemented as necessary.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to provide and/or assist with the provision of statistical analysis, operational report, involve initiative projects including UAT and other projects/assignments or tasks assigned.
