This exciting role would require you to report to the HR Director. In this role, you will be assisting the HR Director in areas such as ensuring employee packages are competitive. Analyse compensation data and evaluate job positions across the divisions. In addition, you will also be involved in performance management projects such as annual increment, variable bonus recommendations and promotions exercises. In addition, your role will also include but not limiting to improve company compensation & benefits framework, administer employee insurance schemes and conduct market trend analysis for compensations.

Skills & experience required

This is a hands-on role and will only suit those who are independent and committed workers. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To be successful you must:
