Our client is a global leader in designing, manufacturing and providing integrated solutions on aircraft systems and components for the commercial & military industry. They are looking for a talented Customer Service Executive to take on a newly created role.

about the job

As the Senior / Customer Service Executive (Aviation), you will be responsible to:

  • Work closely with HOD and Customer Service Manager to support customer accounts
  • Generate quotations and liaise with customers on account related issues regularly
  • Coordinate with OEM Headquarter on warranty claims and inventory management
  • Manage 24/7 AOG line and assist in logistical, shipping and contracts administration

skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Administration or equivalent
  • Min 4 years experience as front-line Customer Service for Aerospace / Aviation industry
  • Ability to lead a team of junior executives or has demonstrated leadership skills
