about the job
You will play an active role in providing after-sales service to Global Commercial and Global Corporate Banking clients. You will provide end-to-end customer service to customers. These include business account enquires and transaction fulfilment (loans, time deposits and remittances). You will have the opportunity to involve in collaborative efforts with other internal stakeholders to provide service solutions to customers. This is a pure customer service role within a call centre environment in the office. The working location is at Raffles Place, and working hours would be 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm, from Mondays to Fridays.

This role reports to the Centre Director.
skills & requirements for the job
You should be tertiary-education with minimum 2 years of experience in Banking or Customer Service environment. You must have a strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers. This role is well-suited for somebody who is meticulous, organised and can work independently.
