    As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Singapore and internationally, a global leader is recruiting a potential Customer Service/Logistics Specialist to join them in their expansion.

    about the job

    • Manage contract to cash transactions accurately and timely in compliance with the established procedures.
    • Co-ordinate with Logistics/ Plant/ Customers to ensure shipment performance and customer satisfaction, proactively communicate with sales managers, agents, and customers on key issues and driving solutions with the relevant functions to ensure targets are met.
    • Prepare and handle full set of export shipping documents and follow up on
    • Ensure timely and accurate logistics data entry in SAP

    skills & experience required

    To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

    • Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business
    • Experienced with SAP is a plus
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in related function
