about the company
My client is a newly set up Capital Advisory firm in Singapore and is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.

about the job
As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing secretarial support to the MD in terms of calendar management, travel arrangements, flight bookings, VISA applications, coordinate meetings, schedule and arrange for the driver for the MD. You will act as a live reminder for any important tasks or deadlines upcoming.

You will have to take on office management responsibilities as well such as procurement of office supplies, printing of documents, maintaining of common areas, facilities management and taking charge of mails/ couriers. You will be required to take on ad hoc tasks.


skills and experience required
You should come with at least 4 years of secretarial experience, supporting Management or C-suite level. You should be an individual who is flexible, personable and easy-going. You should have good communications skills, resourceful, highly organized and have good time management. The ideal candidate should be equipped with excellent multi-tasking skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and tech savvy.
