about the job
- Prepare Master HSE activities
- Support and participate in the EH&S programs
- Comply with EH&S regulations
- Manage EHS auditing/certifications
- Assist in related plant upgrading or expansion projects
- Conduct accident prevention training and health and safety training
- Support the Continuous Improvement programs
- Emphasize a total quality management process
- Maintains Plant site & facilities such as buildings, pipeline & terminalling tankage assets
- Manages and maintains equipment and utilities installations such as Air conditioning, hot oil system, compressors
- Establishment, maintenance and improvement of HSE systems certified to 15014001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
skills & experience required
- Master / Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental / Chemical Engineering
- Min 5 years of EHS experience in lubricant / chemical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing plant inspection and project management will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the concept of Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives
- Experience with SS506 & ISO 14001 requirements
- WSHO & Fire Safety Manager certified
- Willing to work near to jurong island (nearest MRT : Boon Lay)
