• Define detailed program of the works
• Finalize and update as need the sequence of works and TOP, in coordination with designers, contractors and stakeholders
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they can work in a safe and productive conditions
• Coordinate with the main contractor related to the A&A scope.
• Liaise directly with main stakeholders –SMRT, DBC, LTA & NEA, and ensure they are timely informed and the works proceed as per their requirement
• Responsible for the safety and quality of the works
• Ensure any non-conformance is analysed and corrective action defined, implemented, and shared

skills & experience required

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience of which at least 5 years of experience in the construction supervision of Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works preferably for station A&A works
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects
• Experience in the design and approval process as well as BCA TFP/TOP process
