Responsibilities

Yield enhancement and process improvement
Data analysis and modelling, utilizing EDA systems for process capability, yield and defect management
Work with Technology Development, Production Engineering, Quality and Application Engineering teams in monitoring routes/products/processes to mitigate technology and manufacturing risks
Assist with NPI and capacity planning
Monitor and track Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) for critical and constraint production tools
Support projects for yield and process capability improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience with a progressive track record in the semiconductor and wafer fabrication industry
Background in process optimization, yield and defect metrology programs and new product introduction (NPI)
Expertise in the semiconductor manufacturing systems, including EDA, yield learning and process controls
Knowledge and experience with statistical methods
