about the job
As the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Culture and Engagement, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall employer branding, increasing employee engagement and promoting desired organizational culture through managing various activities and projects as well as develop and coordinate employee communications content across multiple platforms
- Strengthen the overall Employee Value Propositions by developing and executing programmes and initiatives
- Focusing on improving workplace wellness for employees - physical, mental, social and financial to promote overall holistic employee well-being in the organization
- Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders to drive and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Assists in planning and executing employee engagement projects, systems and events
- Develop communication plans and publish the relevant materials
- Responsible for developing internal campaigns, employee messaging and updates
- Manage the internal communication systems (internal Newsletter) to deliver the intended message
- Being the key liaison and tailoring rollout of various people initiatives, e.g., employee engagement surveys, various communications, volunteerism, and company-wide initiatives
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager in Culture and Engagement directly, you will develop and execute strategies that serve to drive the organization’s core values and reinforce their employee proposition through action across the staff journey. You will be involved in designing and organizing effective programmes and activities in view of supporting and driving the organization’s Culture and Engagement initiatives, whilst promoting the desired organizational culture within the firm.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources/ Business, or related disciplines, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and communications. Prior experience in wellness management in a corporate setting and high proficiency in content development would be highly favorable. You will be used to working independently and dealing with ambiguity and driving change, as well as partnering closely with diverse internal & external stakeholders.
