about the company

Our client, an established Medical Healthcare company in the industry and provides integrated corporate healthcare solutions to corporate clients ranging from SMEs to MNCs.

about the job

In this position, you will be working closely with the Contact Centre Team Manager and attend to enquiries pertaining to Health Care, Insurance or claims related via incoming calls, emails and chats. The individual will be expected to handle issuance of Letter of Guaranteed inquiries and ensure all customers’ queries or requests are handled politely and promptly.

Work location: West

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

skills and experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service/contact centre in healthcare or insurance industry preferred
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office and software programs
  • Highly adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work on weekend(once a month and flexibility to operate from home)
