about the job
Your role is to drive, manage and optimize CRM campaigns in APAC region. You will be working closely with stakeholders to enhance current CRM communications and to bring results to the retail online business. In terms of responsibilities, you will be involved in upcoming projects such as loyalty programs, marketing automations and rolling them out in the region.
about the manager/team
Current team of 5. The role is new and will report to the Head of Ecommerce.
skills and experience required
You will need to have min bachelor's degree in business/marketing/digital marketing or related fields. Other requirements are as follow:
- Min 3 years of experience in e-commerce/retail industries
- Experience in Salesforce marketing cloud, SQL is a must-have.
- Experience in CRM initiatives within APAC is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of HTML, AnnexCloud would be advantageous.
- Min Bachelors/Diploma in Digital Marketing/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
