As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for the overall group strategic and operational planning, and management of Human Resource Functions.
- Manage the overall recruitment and selection process to hire good talent for retention and growth
- Plan and develop employee engagement and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and line managers on staff management and corporate HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Specialist teams and union officials to maintain favourable industrial relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and procedures that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organisation
- Provide administrative support to the social media team in content production and communications
- Engage in new Corporate Communications projects
about the manager/team
Reporting to the AVP (HR & Corp Comms), you will play an instrumental role in building effective HR services delivery to support the operations and growth of the organisation
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 3 years of Human Resources experience, along with an excellent understanding of HR processes, procedures and relevant labour law. Prior knowledge in Video Editing and Adobe Photoshop skills will be an added advantage
