Senior Executive, Learning & Organizational Development

As a result of their on-going and continued successes in their food & beverage line, their HR team is expanding and they are on the lookout for talents to join them in their business expansion.

about the job

You will be someone who is able to analyse problems in key domain areas to gather and interpret relevant data as needed to identify root causes of business/organizational challenges. You will partake in the upcoming HRIS system implementation that will be going live in the on-coming months to support in the designing of effective solutions to address complex/multifaceted needs within the context of a larger Organizational Development strategy. Your key role will also to provide support in delivering and implementing organization design process alongside the OD team. In additional to that, support for performance management systems testing and implementation will be a key to this role once it goes live. Your role will also include:

  • Implements the HR Information system and oversee the maintenance of the record in the system,
  • Introduces and coaches employees on new HRIS system
  • Focus area will be succession planning, performance management, talent management, C&B.
  • Lead coordination for corporate HR with IT departments on system set up and testing

about the manager

You will report directly to the L&OD lead, working alongside a team of 3 in the corporate office.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in a managerial capacity. Relevant industry experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess SAP and/or success factors in your present or past roles. Having been a subject matter expert will definitely be an added advantage. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with excellent presentation skills . Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone with the ability to communicate well with people of all demographics and cultural levels. Mandarin speaking skills will be a mandate due to business needs for communication with stakeholders.
