You will be entrusted to lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Contractors to manage the daily maintenance and operational functionality of assigned buildings/estates.
- Ensuring that cleanroom facilities, plant equipment, and the working environment are optimal, appropriate, clean, and compliant with relevant regulatory standards for mask blanks manufacturing.
- Supporting project setup at both departmental and inter-departmental levels, including utilities M&E installation, cleanroom, and building work.
- Ensuring cost-effective facility operations.
- Monitoring the competencies of subordinates and providing necessary leadership and development to meet objectives.
- Overseeing the implementation and evolution of safety procedures.
- Performing any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
