Lead continual equipment improvement programmes, upgrades, preventive maintenance
Liaison with customer on technical matters
Monitors & report the performance of the product,
Provide regular update and feedback on customer’s service requests;
Support in -house applications development, customers samples evaluation and on-site benchmarking exercise.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering
Semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge;
Able to work in cleanroom environment at customer site;
May required to work or on standby after office hours, weekends and public holidays;
