Reporting to the CEO, you will be managing a sizable finance team with responsibility across the full spectrum of finance including tax and treasury matters across regional portfolios. Being a key leadership role, you will partner actively with the commercial leaders in driving strategic growth both organically and inorganically as the business has an ambitious goal to become a global leader in their space. You will continuously drive business improvements to establish best practices and lead the implementation of a new ERP system.

Skills and experience required
To succeed, you have a relevant degree with at least 10 years of working experience (inclusive of 2 years in senior management) in the IT or high-growth sector with headcount of more than 1000. You are resourceful, resilient and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You are fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), as the position requires you to work with counterparts who can only speak in their native language.

*You are comfortable with light travel (i.e., traveling to Malaysia for once per month and China twice per year)
