About the job
- You will supervise and guide the accounts receivables (AR) team in daily operations
- You will prepare daily/monthly/quarterly reconciliations, ageing reports, and monitor payments
- You will attend to queries from clients, brokers, and intermediaries
- You will lead process improvements and participate in UAT for system migration, etc.
Skills and experience required
- Diploma in Accountancy or any accounting related qualifications
- At least 6 years of finance operations/accounts receivables/credit control experience, ideally in the insurance industry
- You should possess the ability to supervise and guide a team, and possess excellent communication skills
