A rapidly expanding fintech firm in Singapore's CBD seeks a hands-on Senior Finance Manager with potential to be groomed to a leadership position.

About the job
As the sole finance professional, you will spearhead the financial strategy and oversee diverse financial functions, including accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple countries. Operating within a diverse team, your duties include managing accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, addressing tax and regulatory concerns, streamlining operational processes, collaborating with internal teams for financial guidance, and conducting valuable financial analysis to inform decision-making and risk assessment.

Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate is someone who is a degree holder with at least 7 years of accounting experience in fintech/web3/blockchain. Prior experiences in regulatory reporting, liaising with MAS is a plus. You are self-motivated, adaptable, bilingual in English and Mandarin as you are required to liaise with counterparts who can only speak in Mandarin.
