about the job
Leading a team of financial professionals, you will ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly management reports. You will review monthly financial performance, highlighting key variances and conduct investigations of exceptions. You will oversee the planning and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process. You will also review current internal controls and suggest process improvements to strengthen the control processes. You will also be involved in the developing long term business plans for the organization.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You are qualified with a Degree in Accountancy or Finance. You should have a strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. You should possess strong business partnering skills. You possess excellent communication skills and are able to communicate and influence the stakeholders within the business. Prior logistic industry experience will come as a strong advantage for the role.
