Our client is a well known player in the F&B retail industry and they are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller to join them.
About the job
Reporting to the CEO you will be leading a team and be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and finance for the region. You will also play a fundamental role in working closely with senior management and partnering operations to provide them data,insights and recommendations to allow them to make the best decision that will boost profitability of P&L and market share. In addition you will also be responsible for improving and implementing new processes as well as upgrading of systems to ensure that operations are able to keep up with the high volume of transactions on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is one who is well equipped with how the F&B industry works, is proactive and able to provide sharp insights to management in a tactful yet assertive manner.
Skills and experience required
You should possess a recognised accounting degree in Accounting with at least 10 years of relevant finance experience having come with either F&B or Retail background given the complexity of the business.
