    Long standing history with strong branding in the market. This US listed industrial company has been growing in the last few years both organically and inorganically. Currently, they are hiring for a Regional Senior Financial Analyst for their regional office.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Head of Regional FP&A, you will be supporting the regional finance team on business reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will be involved in the designing of new templates to support the business leaders in their decision making process. You will also partner closely with the country teams on any potential variances for working capital and cashflow. You will prepare and consolidate the regional management results, budgets and forecasts for the APAC region. You will also support the budget and quarter end corporate presentations to be reviewed by Senior Management. You will provide an analysis and explanation of the financial results, understand the causes for any variances and initiate improvements. You will lead project initiatives that value add the finance function. You will take ownership of working capital/ cash flow, work with the relevant stakeholders to better understand the actual results along with the drivers. You will develop a good understanding of key factors that will impact Accounts Receivable and DSO, monitor and track with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

    skills and experience required

    You should ideally be Degree qualified with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. You possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written); good analytical skills and a strong understanding of the markets in which the company operates. You are able to work independently or within a team environment and with multiple priorities. You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & planning software, processes and good practices. You have strong interpersonal skills to partner closely with multiple stakeholders, providing support and advice where needed. You are meticulous and analytical. You are proactive in terms of recommending feasible solutions to the business. Prior experience in the Big 4 will be a strong advantage for this role.
