about the job
As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for
- Managing the HR consulting projects and provide HR related services; develop, design and implement HR policies by providing professional advisory or/and managing consultants/assistants; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management etc., to solve clients’ issues
- Assisting to conduct job evaluation
- Execute the entire HR consulting project, by making proposals, planning schedules, arranging meetings, creating deliverables, and arranging payment/invoicing to close the project
- Provide professional advisory on miscellaneous labor issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department
- Support the implementation and operation of standardized HR policies
- Implement global HR policies to the Branch Offices notably in the Asia Oceania Region and support operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, as well as training administration
- Build favorable relationships with esteemed clients, partners, parent companies and other relevant stakeholders
- Other related duties as assigned
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Managing Director directly, you will be responsible for providing consultancy services related to HR policy consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR related services to clients mainly in Asia Oceania region, and advise consulting team members and enhance the knowledge and quality of service of the consulting team.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, as a consultant or manager in HR Consulting, HRBP or planning role. Prior project management experience in HR policy implementation would be favorable too. Ideally, one should possess strong knowledge of organizational design, HR due diligence, as well as experience in talent management and provide advisory, coaching for business leaders, by utilizing HR metrics, with the ability to manage HR projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
