Our client is a market leading FMCG conglomerate, currently recruiting for a Senior HR Executive (1 year renewable contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work in a team of 10, and your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Support employee life cycle processes such as performance review and confirmation, contracts management, HR vendor management, pfile management, orientation
- Administer and coordinate programs focusing on Employee Benefits supporting HR strategy, such as administering medical claims, wellness benefits and annual health screening communication of Benefits strategies, policies and practises to all employees
- Support training and development yearly planning & day-to day execution of various HR programs
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement survey, recognition programs, employer branding, policies review, and more

- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm
- Office location: East, Singapore (Changi Business Park)

skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 2-5 years of experience managing HR activities
- Relevant education and experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
