    Our client is a leading and renowned IT solution and service provider across APAC. Headquartered in Singapore, with regional presences in Malaysia and Indonesia, they are currently seeking for a highly driven and motivated Senior HR Executive to join their ranks, to support business needs across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, along with their rapid expansion and growth.


    about the job

    • Work closely with stakeholders to provide support in HR-related matters across the APAC region
    • Assists to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer, reviewing etc
    • Partner with business and HR counterparts on job grading exercises as part of integration to the new organization
    • Handle local employee relations and performance issues; provide guidance to managers/ employees regarding all HR matters within the assigned business unit
    • Drive employee engagement programs and implement initiatives for improvement
    • Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the statutory requirements and along with local employment regulations
    • Manages the overall performance appraisal system and drives high performance
    • Provide HR advisory to facilitate employee queries
    • Prepare management reports to analyze staff attrition and absenteeism, etc
    • Assists in other HR related projects



    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the VP in HR, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities, to support business units across APAC.



    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Tech Industry. Ideally, you should possess experience in HR Business Partnering and the ability to proactively build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage HR operations, as well as a strong knowledge and understanding of relevant Employment Law & HR Practices.
