Our client is a leader within the luxury watches industry, headquartered in Geneva with stores and operations globally. They are now seeking a Senior HR Executive to support end-to-end HR for the SEA markets. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office, located at Orchard.

In this regional role, you will report directly into the Head of Human Resources and support ~180 headcounts across SEA. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting full spectrum of HR activities; including but not limited to Talent Acquisition & Retention, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, working closely with each country’s HR Admin support
- Partner closely with HODs for current / future manpower needs, providing recommendations on recruitment strategies and talent
- Develop and run in-house training and development programmes, facilitate succession planning, identify development areas and opportunities for existing talent and hi-pos
- Lead employee surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, paper surveys, or other channels
- Collaborate with C&B Lead in the annual performance management cycle
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
- Knowledge in regional markets is a plus
- Track record handling end-to-end HR including HR operations, talent acquisition, HR reporting, performance management, learning and development
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and reliable
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
