The role will report into the HR Manager and support regional operations. Working closely with the business stakeholders in the region, you will:

• Handle business partnering to the subsidiary offices in the region across various business units
• Work closely with management to conduct market research and salary survey to ensure talent attraction and retention
• Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
• Support payroll, taxation and expatriate matters
• Drive other HR initiatives and regional projects

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with payroll and compensation and benefits knowledge
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Meticulous, good with numbers and excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
