Our client is a Japanese MNC in the consumer industry. They are looking for a Senior HR Executive to support the company’s Southeast Asia operations.
about the job
The role will report into the HR Manager and support regional operations. Working closely with the business stakeholders in the region, you will:
- Handle business partnering to the subsidiary offices in the region across various business units
- Work closely with management to conduct market research and salary survey to ensure talent attraction and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support payroll, taxation and expatriate matters
- Drive other HR initiatives and regional projects
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with payroll and compensation and benefits knowledge
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Meticulous, good with numbers and excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
