- Manage the employee lifestyle from on boarding to off boarding, including managing employee benefits and insurance programmes and applying for work passes.
- Co-ordinate the recruitment for the Singapore office posting advertisements, shortlisting candidate and arranging interviews.
- Liaise with managers and co-ordinate the annual appraisal process.
- Update the HR Database and produce reports for management.
- Provide advice and guidance to employee and managers on HR policies and procedures. Update the employee handbook were necessary.
- Assist in Anti-Money Laundering ('AML') compliance advisory support, including training to employees and handling AML issues for the Singapore office

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated with 5+ years experience in HR within a financial services organisation and have some understanding of MAS regulations. With the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with the senior leadership. Experience in dealing with compliance for on boarding off boarding and AML would be advantageous.
