Senior HR Executive (Up to $4000)

They have a strong presence in the local market as well as in regions within the SEA market and are constantly expanding. With steady YOY growth, they are undergoing a transformation and change within the business and are inviting a dynamic HR professionals to join them in their thriving business.

about the job

You will handle the full spectrum of HR Ops, supporting 1 business entity handling all matters pertaining to daily BAU, recruitment and selection, employee relation. You will business partner the your stores to identify manpower issues as well as to manage staff grievances and closing up the gap at the BU level to meet business objectives set by the group level. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU.

You will find yourself in a fast pace environment with abundance of opportunities to grow together with the organization. You will also support your stakeholders in understanding their operation needs and assist them to bring their team to meet business goals.

about the manager/ team

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, you will work closely alongside an exceptional dynamic and energetic team. Teamwork is of an essence to our client and you will be looking at working with an exceptional cohesive HR team. Your role focuses mainly on the daily HR Ops matters to assist your Manager in meeting business objectives.

skills and experience required

You will be diploma/degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in a fast moving retail/F&B environment. You will be someone with excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record to be able to work fast and adaptable to changes. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all demographic backgrounds and also speaking with corporate level stakeholders. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization. Conversant in mandarin is essential for this role due to business requirement with stakeholders and employees within the business.
