They are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Senior HR Executive.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Senior HR Executive, you would play a vital role and be involved in the day to day HR Operational activities for Singapore's office. Your role includes but not limiting to:

• End to end payroll processing for a headcount of about 200, using EasyPay
• Support key activities for the whole cycle of HR. Eg annual compensation reviews, talent management
• Review salary bands and benefits and make strategic inputs to existing policies
• Maintain HR Operational documents eg Employee Handbook, SOP, Contracts etc
• Manage employee leaves, expense and medical claims matters
• Assist in training activities and HR Projects
• HR Analytics and Metric Reporting
• Support end to end HR Employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage end to end recruitment process

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or related field and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork and at the same time, able to manage stakeholders well. You should also be someone who is meticulous and pays attention to details.
