They have built up a strong regional presence and have exciting plans to take their business to new levels. They are now looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a Senior HR Executive, your role includes but not limting to:

  • Providing strategic advices to business leaders and stakeholders in HR Related matters
  • Manage the end to end Recruitment process and be involved in hiring for both technical and corporate function positions
  • Provide and develop innovative recruitment methods to attract suitable talents
  • Adivse managers and staffs on employee legislation, procedures and processes
  • Run disciplinary and grievances hearings in a way that is aligned to business requirements
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle
  • Map out training plans and suggest relevant training programs to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide support in annual performance appraisals and salary adjustment process
  • Conduct verification and review of monthly payroll process, ensuring that all information are accurate
  • Other HR Adhoc queries


about the manager/team
You will be working in a team of 4 and be reporting into the HRBP.

skills and experience required

ou will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or related field and demonstrate at least 4 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. You should be well versed in the full suite of HR functions and it would be an added advantage if you have hired for Technical roles. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork and at the same time, able to manage stakeholders well. You should also be someone who is meticulous and pays attention to details.
