Senior HR Generalist
Up to $7500 + VB

about the job
You will undertake the role of a Senior HR Generalist, handling the full function of a generalist role. You will business partner the operation floor to run the daily HR Ops. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU. You will be someone who is a very hands on HR generalist who is willing to roll up your sleeves and work towards a common goal alongside with your CEO in a fast pace, dynamic and energetic environment.

Employee engagement with the floor will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements:

  • Managing of recruitment from selection to on board, work pass application for new joiners across the floor
  • Administering leave records and updating of HR database
  • Full cycle of on-boarding and of boarding
  • Payroll management

about the manager/ team

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely alongside a HR Executive and the finance team.

skills and experience required
You will be diploma/degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in a fast moving F&B/retail environment. You will be someone with excellent people skills when it comes to employees’ related matters and being adaptable to changes. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all cultural levels and demographic backgrounds. Apart from the mentioned, you must be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization.
