As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting on the day-to-day operations and contributing to operational success of the HR functions
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and letter of offer preparation
- Support monthly payroll, CPF online submission and IRAS online submission
- Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit of resigned employees
- Preparation of employment contracts, invoice processing, e-filing of essential messages and approvals, and data input into the system
- Lead and coordinate employee relations matters (capability, disciplinary, grievance, redundancies etc)
- Monitor and review the performance management system and its related communications efforts by engaging key stakeholders to gather feedback, analyzing data and developing continuous improvement actions.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines and a minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience. You should be well-versed on MOM regulations and local legislation, as well as prepared to take a hands-on approach to your work and contribute effectively.
