They are known for their innovation portfolio of products and their exponential business growth in the past decade. This is an exciting regional opportunity to join their commercial office in Singapore within a team management role as a (Regional) Senior Human Resources Manager.

    about the job

    Reporting directly into the Vice-President Human Resources, you will be managing a team of 5 and leading the people agenda for the business across your assigned markets, working closely with the leadership team. In addition, you will:

    • Define and align HR strategy and decisions in line with company’s objectives and goals
    • Support and coach managers on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation
    • Perform strategic workforce planning and work with business leaders to ensure any people, leadership and culture related initiatives or actions are surfaced and managed appropriately
    • Lead the assessment the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with manager
    • Partner with internal regional rewards team to design and recommend relevant compensation, benefit programs to management, obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids, analyse benefit needs and trends
    • Partner with the internal talent acquisition team to manage talent acquisition strategy
    • Establish and maintain appropriate HRIS and scorecard for measuring metrics that support the achievement of business goals, necessary aspect of HR development

    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 15 years relevant HR experience, with 6 years’ experience within a Business Partnering role
    • Strong knowledge with Asia employment laws and regulations
    • Experienced with team management, track record of fostering a culture of collaboration across the team and other business units
    • Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and be a strategic business partner; using effective influencing and communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with employees of all levels
    • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
