They are a well established business and have exciting plans to grow and further expand their business. Over the past years, they have constantly invested in developing new strategies and processes for their business and are not looking to take a halt on their expansion plans. In this partnership with us, they are inviting an Senior HR Manager to join their team.


about the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be based in Singapore and will play a vital role in HR Generalist operations. You will also be required to serve as a HR Business Partner to the respective business units and provide support from a HR perspective. You will be tasked to be the subject matter expert in HR and to ensure smooth HR delivery. You will be actively involved in the day to day of HR operations as well as strategic solution planning of HR policies and projets.


skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of HR operations, with prior experience in HR business partnering. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
