Reporting directly into the CEO, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to key business stakeholders and oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions. You will be responsible to:
- Build strong partnerships and work closely with business leaders to support key business needs
- Understand trends, business direction and business strategy to deliver end-to-end HR solutions
- Set up HR structures and policies in line with local country laws and regulations, driving towards operational excellence and organizational effectiveness through continuous process improvement and use of technology
- Manage employee relations, employee experience, well-being and continuously improve the employee experience
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives for the internal development of employees
- Drive the company’s recruiting and talent acquisition strategies as well as employer branding
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the HR team
skills and experience required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant and hands-on experience with exposure to various HR functions
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven ability as a business partner to senior stakeholders; facilitating workforce planning, employee engagement, cultural development, operational excellence as well as learning and development
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and resilient with a strong sense of work ethics, accountability and ownership
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
