about the Company

Our client is a renowned matrix organization within the healthcare industry. Due to the high demand within the healthcare industry, they are inviting dynamic individual to join them in their future success.

about the job

Reporting into the CHRO, you will manage a HR team and be responsible for the execution of HR strategies and plans to support the organization’s business strategies. You will also function as the internal consultant and advice on all areas of human capital related matters. Apart from the above mentioned, you will also play a key role in providing HR advisory to all the line managers, departmental heads and relevant ground staff under your mandate.

Your role will also include but not limited to:

  • Participation in formulation of HR solutions and programmes to address workforce and business needs.
  • Communicates and implements new policies, processes to the ground
  • Implement the Institutional HR strategy and HR workplan
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle and run recruitment and career fairs
  • Day to day HR operations relating to the full employee life cycle
  • Manages key Compensation & Benefits/C&B activities e.g. Salary Increment, Annual Wage Supplement, Performance Bonus, Promotion etc.
  • Oversees the payroll management by partnering with external payroll vendor

about the manager/team

Working along side the CHRO, you will lead a team of 4 HR executives and partnering closely with your business stakeholders to meet HR objectives and succeed together as an organization.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from with preferable qualifications in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You will be someone who is able to multi-task, good with number crunching and leading by example being hands on in the day to day HR Ops matters. You will also be someone who is meticulous with reasonably good MS excel skills.
