about the job

You will undertake the role of a HRBP supporting 3 business entities, directing all matters pertaining to implementation of performance management, talent development, Payroll/C&B, budgeting & reporting, recruitment and selection. You will business partner the BUs with a headcount of 600 to identify business objectives as well as to develop and implement Division-wide human resource strategies and initiatives. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters.

You will find yourself in a fast pace environment with abundance of opportunities to grow together with the organization. You will also support your stakeholders in understanding their operation needs and assist them to bring their team to meet business goals.

about the manager/ team

Reporting directly to the VP of HR, your reporting team will include 6 HR members. Teamwork is of an essence to our client and you will be looking at working with an exceptional dynamic and cohesive HR team. Your reporting manager is also someone who is a strong believer in consultative approach when it comes to managing his team as well as her leadership skills.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent business partnering skills set with proven track record in managing both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all demographic backgrounds and corporate levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization.
