about the job

You will undertake the role of a Senior HR Manager, overlooking the full function of a HR generalist function and partnering closely with the management team to achieve business objectives. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, and execute internal communication across all departments. You will be someone who is hands-on and strategic to strategize operational excellence to meet desire outcome to ensure maximum efficiency. Your scope will also include but not limited to:

  • Full HR function of recruitment, C&B, L&D, HR Ops;
  • Process improvements and streamlining of work flow to achieve optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Surveys participation for employee engagement, L&D need analysis
  • Partake in HR projects in organization wide transformation; liaison and partnering with external consultants on project deliverables, participating in salary surveys, job grading and performance evaluation across the SG business
  • Providing advisory on local legislation and act as the first point of contact for matters pertaining to employee relations

about the manager/team

Leading a team of 3 HR executive, you will report directly to the SEA Head of HR and partner with your key stakeholders in driving key business transformation and culture change initiatives.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity preferably with leadership experience in managing a small team. You will be a strong mediator when handling human relations and conflicts. Relevant experiences within the retail and/or consumer related market is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with excellent stakeholder management skills. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who works well around ambiguity and manages stakeholders of different cultural background well.
