Within the Professional Services industry, my client has been established for over 40 years and has offices in more than 50 countries. They provide a range of consultancy services and is a leading market player in the industry. As part of their growth plans, they are now looking to hire for a Senior HR Manager to join the team. This is a highly exciting opportunity where you would be able to participate in different projects and initiatives.

about the job
You wil be undertaking the role of a Senior HR Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • You will support the full spectrum of HR functions and be responsible for setting the strategic direction, implementation, analysis and improvement of HR services and processees.
  • Anticipate change and recommend suitable HR solutions to relevant stakeholders and work closely with them on regional initiatives.
  • Align HR strategies and organizational design with overall business objectives.
  • Coach and guide team members on HR related issues.
  • Handle complex situations - employee grievances/terminations, push back from stakeholders.
  • Recommend and come up with competitive salary proposals for both existing employees and new hires.
  • Develop recruitment strategies with line managers.
  • Develop and implement suitable training programs.
  • Ensure that all HR Operations are compliant and effective - updating employee handbook, on/offboarding, contract generation etc.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Senior HR Director.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and bring along minimally 12 years of Generalist experience. You would have a proven track record of hands on execution and be able to work well in a fast paced environment and manage ambiguity well. Besides the mentioned, you should be someone who is confident and able to bring along a good sense of maturity to manage difficult stakeholders and situations. You should also be an effective communicator to roll out different projects and initaitives. Furthermore, you should also be someone who is able to work well independently and be able to take on a proactive approach.
