Well known MNC aerospace firm is seeking for an enthusiastic Senior HR Specialist (Performance Management and HR Generalist) to join their dynamic team. This is a perm role with a Fortune100 MNC rapidly expanding their operation team. The organization’s increased commitment to its employees and has raised a new role. They offer attractive package salary $6,500max per month + attractive benefits.


About the job
This exciting role would require you to report to Senior HR Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with line managers in designing, driving and implementing performance management strategies. Oversee end-to-end performance management program, including performance analytics after each exercise. In addition, take charge of monthly and annual group reporting as required. Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, employee relations, orientation , compensation and benefits administration.

Skills & experience required
This is a hands-on manager role and will only suit those who are independent and committed workers. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To be successful you must:
